If you do not receive the tracking code and order receipt within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Rates & Timeline
We offer 4 shipping options (subject to location):
We offer different shipping options, including free ground shipping for orders over USD/CAD 100 & EUR/CHF/GBP 75.
Processing Times: Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During peak season (late November to early January) orders can take slightly longer to process.
USA/Canada: Orders process in 1-2 business days.
Europe: Orders placed before 11am CET (Europe) ship the same day or the next business day if the order is placed on the weekend/public holiday.

Note:
We recommend selecting the Standard Ground shipping options whenever possible for the least environmental impact.
Freight Forwarders: Jones does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. Jones currently does not offer shipping to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your order is shipped to a safe location.
Shipping costs:
Under USD/EUR/CHF/GBP 20.- (Tax included) = 4.95
Over USD/EUR/CHF/GBP 20.- (Tax included) = 10.95
Over USD/CAD 100 & EUR/CHF/GBP 75 (Tax included) = Free Standard Ground Shipping
Tax may be applied on the Shipping Cost.

After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email within 30 minutes of submitting the order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number one business day after your order ships.

Returns
Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy* from the purchase date. If your new, unused, unwashed item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund. There is a flat rate return fee of $6.95 that will be subtracted from your total refund for US and Canadian web store orders. There is no return fee for EU/CH orders.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.
When ordering Jones Apparel, please use the sizing charts to determine the correct size. Keep in mind ordering multiple sizes and returning a large part of your order has a big environmental impact due to the excess shipping and packaging.
For US and Canada - All discounted items sales are final and do not qualify for a return and refund.

Tips For Returning Your Item
Package the return shipment securely. Use the original shipping packaging when possible. Affix the return label to the outside of the package. Please remove, completely cross out or cover all old labels and barcodes.
Exchanges
Currently we are not able to facilitate Exchanges. You can however return the product and order a new one by yourself.
30 Day Policy
Our 30 Day Return policy starts on the day the order is placed and includes weekends and public holidays. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days upon arrival of return package, but we endeavour to process refunds faster where possible. It takes 1-3 days to post to your account once a refund is issued.
