All potential warranty claims must meet this criteria:
- Product must be within the warranty period.
- All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the dealer and purchase date.
- Warranties apply only to Jones products purchased from Authorized Jones dealers and are valid for the original buyer only.
Jones guarantees all products sold by Jones Authorized Dealer to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a limited period from the date of purchase.
